Все очень просто: Lady — понятно,
Martist — Мария Artist.
Вот так и получился этот псевдоним :)

Что для меня фотография?
Для меня — это не хобби и не просто профессиональное занятие, а образ жизни. Считаю, что самые лучшие фотографии — это те, которые не удалось сфотографировать, но они остались в моей памяти навсегда...

Почему так много автопортретов?
Самая доступная модель, с которой легче всего работать. А ещё, автопортреты — это, своего рода, дневник. Кто-то пишет, а я — фотографирую.

О чём мои работы?
Каждая работа — это отдельная история, этап в жизни, со своим настроением, которое хотелось передать.

Можно ли у меня пофотографироваться?
Конечно!!! Всегда готова к сотрудничеству. Люблю воплощать интересные идеи. Любая идея, какой бы она не казалась глупой — имеет право на существование :) Пишите! Звоните!

Why am I called LadyMartist?
Very simple! Lady — Shouldn't need to be explained. Martist — Mariya the Artist. Now do you understand?.

What is photography for me?
Photography is not just a hobby or professional occupation, it is my life style, the way I look at the universe and, I think, the way it looks at me. I think that the best photographs are those which I could not take but they remain in my memory forever. But that doesn't mean I won't keep trying to capture them.

Why so many self-portraits?
Because I am the most accessible model for myself, the one very easy to deal with, the one who understands what I am trying to say. Also my self-portraits play the role of my life's journal. Some people write, I take photographs…

What are my photographs about?
Every piece of art — is a separate story, life stage, with its own mood which I wanted to express.

Can I photograph you?
Sure! I am always ready to collaborate! I love to realize interesting ideas, even if they are not my own! Every idea has the right to exist, no matter how silly it seems to be and sometimes when they are expressed, we learn important things about ourselves and others. I wait for your emails, tell me what you are trying to say and how I fit into your vision.
